Once this has been done You will have successfully accepted the T&Cs, and successfully created a User Account with Us. Only once the T&Cs have been accepted You can fully access the Website.

“Customer Support”: The Users are assisted in their queries through the Website by the Customer Support department composed by Us.
“Cool off Period(s)”: A small period of suspension from the Website, or simply a short break from being able to access the Games.
“De-Activated Bonuses”: When Bonuses have been used by the User, they cannot be accessed again because they become inactive.
“Deposit(s)”: Are amount of Funds used in order to purchase Gold Coins. Once bought these would be available in their Registered User Account to be able to engage in the Games available on the Website. Deposit of Moon Coins leads to the possibility of the User to redeem it. Moon Coins cannot be deposited nor redeemed.

“Payment Method”: Signifies the ability for the User to purchase Gold Coins by transferring Crypto Currency, more specifically; Ethereum “ETH”, Bitcoin “BTC”, Litecoin “LTC”, Tron “TRX”, Ripple “XRP”, Dogecoin “DOGE” and Tether “USDT” from their wallet to the wallet provided on the Website.
“Prizes”: These are rewards acquired while engaging in Play-For-Real games, potentially Redeemable for valuable items in compliance with these T&Cs.

4.6. We are not liable or responsible for any abuse or misuse of your User Account by third parties due to your disclosure, whether intentional, accidental, active, or passive. You bear sole responsibility for maintaining the secrecy of your password, and any activities, including purchases occurring through your Registered User Account, whether authorized by you or not. Furthermore, You are exclusively liable for any actions undertaken through your Registered User Account, whether you initiated them or not. Your Registered User Account may be suspended or terminated if it is accessed by another individual and/or engaged in activities that contravene these T&Cs or are otherwise illicit.
4.7. We have the right to suspend, terminate, or refuse the creation of an Account at Our sole discretion, especially if such an Account goes against the T&Cs available on this Website.
4.8. You are only allowed to register and operate ONE User Registered Account. Opening, operating, attempting to open, or attempting to operate multiple Registered User Accounts may lead to the suspension or termination of all Your User Registered Accounts. 4.9. To close your Registered User Account, you can send an email at any time to [email protected]. The closure of your Registered User Account will result in the forfeiture of all remaining Gold Coins, Moon Coins, and unredeemed prizes associated with your Account. It is your responsibility to withdraw any Account balance remaining within (7) seven days of requesting an Account closure. After seven days, your Account will be closed and any balance remaining in your Account will be forfeited.
4.10. To reopen your Registered User Account, unless this Account has been self-excluded, You are to send an email to [email protected]. This request will be reviewed by the support department which is under stringent compliance obligations and customer protection guidelines.
4.11. Inactive User Registered Accounts which display no or minimum login activity for the period of 18 consecutive months will be closed by the concerned department once all the appropriate actions are taken in regard to the remaining balances.
4.12. You CANNOT transfer Gold Coins or Moon Coins to other Users. Any attempt to sell, trade, or transfer Gold Coins or Moon Coins, either within or outside the platform, is also not allowed.
4.13. The sale, trade, transfer, or acquisition of a Registered User Account to or from other Users is forbidden. Any attempts to sell, transfer, or acquire a Registered User Account will result in the termination of all associated Accounts and the suspension of the Accounts in question.
5.1. Moonspin holds the unconditional right, at Our sole discretion, to suspend, deactivate, or terminate your Registered User Account if we suspect or determine that you have or may engage in the activities outlined below:
5.1.1. If we suspect a breach, or aid in a breach, of any provision of these T&Cs;
5.1.2. If you operate more than one Registered User Account, inclusive of any Inactive Account, on Our platform;

5.1.4. If your Registered User Account is categorized as an Inactive Account;
5.1.5. If you provide false or deceptive information;
5.1.6. If we are unable to verify your identity when requested;
5.1.7. If you attempt to access your user account via VPN, proxy, or any service that alters your real location or by providing false information regarding your location, citizenship, or residence, or if you access the platform on behalf of a third party;
5.1.8. If you are under 18 years of age or below the legal age of majority as defined in your State or Jurisdiction;
5.1.9. If you access and play the Games in a State or Jurisdiction where participation is prohibited by law;
5.1.10. If you have intentionally or unintentionally allowed another individual to participate using your account;
5.1.11. If you have played in conjunction with other User(s) as part of a group, or club, or have coordinated with other User(s) to make the same or substantially similar selections in the Games;
5.1.12. If you fail Our due diligence checks or are found to be involved in collusion, cheating, money laundering, or any fraudulent activity;

REGARDLESS OF OUR EFFORTS, WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, AND ERROR-FREE OR THAT ALL DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME.
8.2. Moonspin bears no responsibility for any server disruptions, lagging, or any technical interference with the Games, nor any unauthorized attempts by you to participate.
8.3. We will not be held liable for damages or losses perceived or asserted to have resulted from or in connection with the platform or its content, including but not limited to operational or transmission delays or interruptions, data corruption or loss, communication failures, any unauthorized misuse of the platform or its content, or any errors or omissions in content.
8.4. It is the sole responsibility of the User to take all necessary measures to ensure a stable and continuous internet connection during participation in the activities hosted by Us, including using reliable internet service providers, appropriate hardware, and software, and adhering to the recommended system requirements.
8.5. We SHALL NOT be responsible or liable, either directly or indirectly, for any loss, delay, inconvenience, or damage, whether in connection with, arising out of, or related to any failure, disruption, downtime, interruption, delay, or any other loss or damages in connection with the User’s internet connectivity. This includes but is not limited to connectivity issues resulting from the participant’s internet service provider, router malfunctions, insufficient bandwidth, or any other technical problems related to the participant’s network or devices.
8.6. In acknowledgment of these potential issues, the User agrees that We will not provide refunds, credits, or other compensation for any loss or perceived disadvantage caused by connectivity issues. 8.7. In situations where a Game commences but fails to conclude due to a system failure/malfunction on the platform, Moonspin shall endeavor, to the extent commercially viable, to refund the amount of Gold Coins or Moon Coins used in the Game by crediting it to your Registered User Account. Moonspin retains the right to adjust User balances and Account details to rectify such errors.
8.8. Moonspin maintains the right to withdraw any part of the Games from the platform as needed. Any segments of the Games showing incorrect behavior affecting prize redemptions, game data, or balances in Gold Coins and Moon Coins due to misconfiguration or a bug will be annulled and removed from the platform.
9.1. We reserve the right to reject or impose limits, suspend, terminate, or refuse the creation of a user account at its sole discretion.

At any time, we reserve the right to (i) suspend or close your Account indefinitely or (ii) withhold all or part of the balance or recover from your Account or your bank account any Prizes, Gold Coins, or Moon Coins, if you have breached or we believe you have breached any provision of these T&Cs and Game Rules, and/or if we believe you have engaged, attempted to engage, or will engage in the future in any of the following activities:
9.4.1. You operate multiple accounts;
9.4.2. You attempt to issue a chargeback or reverse a payment made to us without Our consent;
9.4.3. You misrepresent your Account details, including, but not limited to, your identity, age, location, place of residence, and citizenship;
9.4.4. You are not the age of majority in your State or Jurisdiction;
9.4.5. You use your Account through a VPN or similar service;
9.4.6. You access your Account from an Excluded Territory;
9.4.7. You communicate with us or Our staff in an offensive manner, including, but not limited to, racist, derogatory, threatening, sexually explicit, or abusive language; You disclose information regarding an Exclusive Offer to a third party for an improper purpose such as fraud or misrepresentation;
9.4.8. You disclose your Account information to a third party;
9.4.9. You allow a third party to access your Account;
9.4.10. You play a Game or use the Website in a coordinated manner with third parties or other User(s); or You make a false, misleading, derogatory, or abusive statement about the Website on any public forum, or any social media platform.
9.4.11. You are expressly forbidden from using the platform for any illicit or fraudulent activity under the laws of any applicable Jurisdiction.

9.6 If your user account is deactivated or suspended under the above circumstances, we reserve the right not to refund any purchases of Gold Coins you have made or to Redeem any Moon Coins or prizes within your user account.
9.7 Furthermore, we reserve the right to relay any necessary information to the relevant authorities, other online service providers, banks, credit card companies, electronic payment providers, or other financial entities. You are obliged to fully cooperate with any Moonspin investigation into such activities. If you suspect any user of illicit or fraudulent activity or a prohibited transaction, please immediately alert us via [email protected].
9.8 We may monitor or review Your Account for prohibited activities or suspicious transactions including but not limited to unusual frequency or patterns, use of non-public information, automated bets, influence an events, multiple accounts, bets made in concert with others, use of masking devices or other technology to hide location, and any other activity We reasonably believe is suspicious (“Suspicious Activity”);
9.9. We reserve the right to investigate any such activity and suspend your Account, during such investigation. We reserve the right to withhold any funds in your Account and seek to recover from You any losses suffered by Us that are in any way connected to Suspicious Activity.
9.10. We reserve the right to suspend or close Your Account, void any transactions, and take any other measures We deem reasonably appropriate if We believe You have or have attempted to conduct a Prohibited Activity or Suspicious Activity, violated the T&Cs, or otherwise engaged in or attempted to engage in any other illegal or dishonest activity in connection with your access or use of the Services.
9.11. We reserve the right to perform background checks on You and request any relevant documentation, at all times such as to ascertain your residing address and, for any reason, including but not limited to, any investigation into the verification of the User’s transactions. We are under no obligation to advise the User of such an investigation taking place. Such activities may include the use of specific third-party companies, who carry out the investigations as required. We may decide at our sole discretion to close the Account and freeze all the Funds in the Account, on the basis that such an investigation provides a negative or uncertain conclusion.
9.12. We reserve the right, at any time, to verify your information as a condition for opening and maintaining a Gaming Account. In doing so, We may use third-party verification services and databases. By providing your information to Us, You expressly authorize Us to share your information with third-party verification services for the purposes of establishing Your identity and age. You agree to provide accurate information to Us and the Verification Services upon request and to continually update any changes to that information.
9.13. We reserve the right to reject your application for an Account, or if one has already been established for You, block access, suspend or cancel your Account temporarily or permanently, for any reason, including if We are unable to verify your identity and/or age, or have reason to believe that You do not fulfill one or more of the eligibility requirements. Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall We be liable for any special, incidental, direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use (or misuse) of the Service even if we had prior knowledge of the possibility of such damages.
10.2. Nothing in these T&Cs shall exclude or limit Our liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.
11.1. You agree to indemnify and protect Moonspin and its related entities – including affiliates, subsidiaries, parent and sibling companies, partners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, shareholders, agents, licensors, subcontractors, or suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, and contractors – against any third-party claims, legal actions, demands, disputes, allegations, or investigations brought by any third party, governmental authority, or industry body, and any liabilities, actual and consequential damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither we nor Our affiliates, subsidiaries, parent and ultimate parent companies, partners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, shareholders, agents, licensors, subcontractors, and suppliers will bear any responsibility or liability to you or any other entity for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, business interruption, lost revenue, income, goodwill, or use of data, whether under contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, arising from or in connection with the platform, your account, your use of the games, these T&Cs, and any other act or omission by us.
11.3. We will not be held responsible for any breach of these terms and conditions caused by abnormal and unforeseeable circumstances beyond Our control, the consequences of which would have been unavoidable despite all efforts to the contrary. Additionally, we are not liable for any breach due to actions or inactions that are necessary to comply with any laws, rules, or regulations.

There is no waiver by Us of any breach of any provision of these T&Cs, including the failure to require strict and literal performance of, or compliance with any provision of these T&Cs, shall in any way be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of such provision or any other provision in these T&Cs.
